This ham, pride of the Tuscan tradition, comes from the posterior leg of expertly processed according to ancient recipes pigs. The term “sgambato” means the elimination of the bone from the fresh leg, allowing a boneless maturation which lasts for approximately 8-9 months, giving the product a unique taste and consistency. Available in the following types: classic, pepper and chilli.
